JDK & Co is led by Jacob Dudzinski — an operator who has held CIO and senior technology leadership roles, built and stabilised delivery environments, and worked across technology leadership, operational transformation, systems architecture, project delivery, cybersecurity, enterprise systems, and business transformation in both enterprise and mid-market settings.

That breadth of hands-on experience shapes everything — how we review project environments, where we look for problems, how we talk to vendors, what we recommend, and what we notice that others miss. This is not advisory from a distance. It is direct involvement from someone who has done it.
